The representative was extremely arrogant and rude.  I explained that I'm having car trouble and reserved a car online.  The website states that they offer pick  up service, which I obviously need.  He cut me off and abruptly told me NO, they would not pick me up, they were going to close in an hour.  So I said thank you very much and cancelled my reservation.  I'll not rent from this group again.
