I've been doing business with this branch for over ten years (Corporate account, I would have left them behind years ago if I could), and I am aware of the high turnover in this industry, so I try to be patient when there are Management changes. However, my last FOUR reservations have been problematic since the previous manager left. First Rental: The vehicle that I reserved was not what they had for me, and with the nature of my business, I need the exact vehicle that I reserve online. The vehicle they did have for me was below empty with gas. Second Rental: This car had fast food bags still in it from a previous rental and the gas was half full, at least it had some gas in it this time, maybe we are getting somewhere? Nope. Third Rental: This raised roof van had literally just been on a construction site! It had mud, dust, trash and the smell of sweat all in it. I was stuck because this was the only vehicle of it's type on the lot, and I was on a time crunch. This vehicle was also below empty on gas. I took it back to my office and washed & vacuumed it myself, I should not have to do that. Fourth Rental: Made the reservation online for Noon and arrived @ 11:45AM, the keys were on site, but the vehicle was not. They had to go to another branch to retrieve it. The reasoning from the Manager for why the vehicle was not on site was that I was "Early". Needless to say, the vehicle did not return until 12:05, and if I would have not been early, it would have been even more late since they did not realize the vehicle was not there until I arrived. Once it did arrive, this car had mud, trash, carpet stains, a horrible stench of body odor and smoke inside the car. I was already in a rush, now I had to wait for them to try to mask the nastiness of this vehicle. The exterior also had large dent on the rear door and another large dent on the quarter panel. This vehicle at least had some gas in the tank, it came in at 3/4 of a tank. My main issue is that I wish there was some sort of minimum standard policy in place for how a reservation is processed, and for the condition of the vehicle when it leaves the lot. The vehicles I rent from Enterprise airport locations are always full of gas, clean, and in good condition. We are also asked as customers to return the vehicles full, so I am perplexed on how we could receive vehicles less than full, and even on Empty...Twice! It also seems to me that some employees don't take pride in their work, I would make dang sure a Platinum Enterprise Plus member would not have a second bad experience at the same location, much less Four in a row. I sure hope this branch gets their act together, I really enjoy my experiences at all of the airport locations I deal with, and the Enterprise Plus program is great.

When I reserve a rental car, a week in advance, I expect it to be there when I arrive to pick it up. Especially when I reserve an SUV for the express purpose of being able to accommodate luggage for an out of town trip. Not get a load of BS about how they gave it away because someone else showed up who needed a car. Especially when they have 2 other SUVs on the lot that they can’t give to me bc they are for “more important” clients. Cannot recommend this location less. Manager didn’t even try to make it right.

My insurance company reserved me a car with Enterprise, this particular location was the only that had something available for me on a Sunday. Brandon was very nice and helpful as well as they other employees. Trust this was the only easy thing to do after my accident. Very nice car also 2017 Nissan Altima with all the bells and whistles!

My insurance company reserved me a car on Monday because my car was stolen this place has changed my reservations 3 times and caused me to miss a day of work. They even came to pick me up just to get to the lot and tell me once again NO MORE CARS. They have ANOTHER reservation set for Friday im not depending on it because they have misled me three times already. Im sure my car will be fixed before i even get a rental WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

Rented a car for vacation, and we were allowed to bring the dogs! Had to get the car cleaned up a bit before we took it back, but we were thrilled we were able to bring them along for the trip!
