I was in a car accident and my insurance company set up my rental reservation with Hertz on my behalf the day before pick up. 9am on the day of pickup, I got a phone call from Hertz confirming my vehicle would be ready for pick up at 11am. A friend drove me the 30 minutes up to the location to be told they had absolutely no vehicles available and that they had no idea who called me to confirm the reservation (even though I had their reservation confirmation number) - I would need to go to the location on independence - another 30 minutes away! They did not offer any apology or discount, could not be less impressed.

people on 4.17.18 are terrible with their customer service. Did not welcome you seems annoyed. This location should be close. Management should do something about their employees. Most of the hertz elsewhere are very good except this location! Terrible

I love the guys here.  They're such hard workers and really do try to do their best by you.   Even when resources are low and limited, or customers are difficult,  they try to give the best customer service and experience possible.   The current manager,  Michael, is my favorite.  He's a pacemaker and is very much about his business and building his branch.   He'll right any wrong,  and will listen to you.  He makes anyone observing him proud.

There were 32 people waiting for cars this morning when I got off my red eye this morning and went to pick up the rental I reserved  2 weeks ago with Hertz. You read that correctly 32 people! All had made reservations but there were NO CARS! 

The people behind the counter weren’t even going to tell me. They started talking about it just as they were going to swipe my CC. Seriously? Where do you even find these people Hertz?

I called Hertz and they sent me to their location at 5010 N. Tyron Street claiming they had a car for me. NOPE - no cars at 12:30 pm and no cars  until maybe tonight. All of which cost me a $50 taxi ride for nothing Hertz. How do you manage to SUCK SO HARD?
