This place is nice. If possible they also provides free pickup and drop off for cutomers. Service is awesome. They really have very nice cars.

I had a reservation which is booked couple of days ago and with my rental date coming in one or two days they are telling me that the vehicle i booked is not available and they haven't showed me an alternative as well.
Customer service is irresponsible, i had the confirmation and still they are saying that they are help less.
The is no value for the customer who booked the rental in advance.
I will suggest not to take a rental from this location.
If at all possible try different company.

@Chris M, thanks for the comments i already given a complaint to customer complaints 2 weeks ago about this but i still have no response.

Terrible customer service, I booked a standard suv and they gave me a mid/compact size suv - jeep compass. They had standard suv at that time - ford explorer, grand Cherokee but refused to give me one stating they are already booked!! Made no sense, I booked 3 weeks in advance!!!

I had good experience in others locations but this place sucks. Im thinking that they are biased towards some communities. I would never go back to this location anymore.

Excellent service at a great price! We needed a minivan for a trip to see family at a Christmas. Enterprise had the best price and several convenient locations. The personnel at the University City location were courteous and accommodated our vehicle preferences. I will be renting from this location again.

The associate I interacted was very friendly and provided all the information I needed to make my decision. The car was great and I enjoy my time.
