I have had  GOOD experiences with Enterprise Rental Company. The staff is excellent. We have been doing business with them for about 6 years or more. My only complaint is the process time. If you schedule a pickup at 2 you should be on your way within 15 mins. If you are a regular customer as my husband and I are, there should be some things that should be saved in the system to speedup the process. It should not take an hour to pick up a car. Other than that I have no problems with Enterprise. Can't wait to rent my next vehicle.

Was treated with great respect and fast service. I was given a very good deal on my rental and provided with a new full size sedan. It was clean inside and was great on the long trip. Fast return and on my way.

They were fast, personable, and considerate! I will rent from this location more often! They were not the location I used to pickup rental, but it was very easy to drop the car off because it is closer to my home. Very appreciative of them!!!

I was in Charlotte for a week to train for a new job. I was planning to drive back home to Greensboro when my car wouldn't start. After calling the dealership where I bought the car, I learned that there was a recall for my engine. I was frantic, scared, and didn't know what to do or how I was going to get back home as I don't have friends or family in Charlotte.

Whitney Mace really went out of her way to help me. She treated me like family and even stayed after hours to help me. Words can't even express how incredibly grateful I am. This woman deserves much success. Thank you so much, Whitney!!

Despite some confusion with scheduling from my insurance company they still managed to get me taken care of. Picked me up at Abra quickly. The young lady who helped me was extremely warm and friendly. Got me a better car (Nissan Frontier) than I would have usually gotten with my $30 a day insurance allotment. Best experience I've had renting a car.
