The staff are always friendly, professional, and courteous. There's always a smiling face when you arrive. You're greeted/ acknowledged almost the moment you pull into the parking lot. They're ready to serve you and responds to questions with a smile. With that mentality, having to wait a few minutes is almost a pleasure. I'm big on customer service and thus far; this team definitely raises the bar on expectations at other locations- even other businesses.  I love to see young people care about the people they serve. Awesome experience. Keep it up.

Mike was excellent, friendly and help to get me into a vehicle in a efficient manner. Mike even upgraded me when there were no cars available in the size reserved, for that I am grateful. Thank you Mike and Thank you Enterprise for hiring great, friendly, caring employees such as Mike :-)

Hands down the best place - IN THE WORLD - to rent a car. Friendly and engaging staff. It's like no one is a stranger. My first experience was with Reggie and he set the tone of what was to follow. Top notch, family-friendly, personalized, 5-star service!!!!

Overall it has been  great. This last rental, I feel like I was overcharged. Never been charged over $300 before for a 11 day rental.

I truly appreciate great customer service.  Enterprise always have staff that's pleasant,  respectful and appear to be happy at their workplace.  They are willing to assist as needed. I love the pick up and drop off service.  So convenient.
