Feels great to be the first review, so I will start with this. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE from the reps inside at the Enterprise location at Ford on Bardstown Road. My family and I already scheduled for a rental weeks before and arrived the morning we were travelling and were on the road within 30 minutes (if not sooner). Everything was explained thoroughly and I felt we were presented with the proper information for returning the car to contact information, etc. We also rented a Ford Focus and I thought it was a joke; however, we were impressed with the way it drove and its elegance in design--it could have been the fact it was a newer model vehicle and mine is a decade old but drives perfectly. We drove 18 hours to Miami from Louisville, round trip, and we encountered no vehicle issues. Returning the car at the end of our vacation went smooth and fast and it took less than 6 minutes. Great car options and deposit! Will do business with again. Thank you!

Had to pick up a rental while warranty work was being done on my car of less than a month old. The car was dirty and smelled of smoke it also had cigarillo wrappers still inside. It was disappointing to have just bought a new car and then have this trashy rental while work was being done on it.
