Over booked rentals.... reserved a car online and expected to have one....show up no car. Wouldn't work with me or anything. Horrible experience...never had this happen before...they should have notified me in advance to prevent this or not let me book it in the first place. Another family has to pay the Uber drive to keep her kids in the car because her rental wasn't ready...not how you do business...

I booked a vehicle Well I thought i had a vehicle booked 1 week in advance. When my daughter got to the location she was told because she wasn't there at the booking time the car was no longer available. Do they not think that sometimes things happen? I can understand. The cancellation if I showed up 24 hours later expecting a car. she she proceeded to make another reservation and was told that she had to have a deposit I believe it was $500.00 and a soft credit check would be done. I asked the representative if the soft credit check would be a ding on my credit she stated that she didn't know. I will NEVER book or attempt to book a vehicle through Hertz again. I wish that I could give ZERO stars but I had to at least have 1 star chosen in order to post this review.

They were up front about not having the minivan early in the week when I called to confirm my reservation made through a 3rd party. Cecy was apologetic and pleasant as she ensured us she’d make sure we had a vehicle with 7 seats. She also called my husband morning of reservation to go over it again to ensure no disappoint on arrival. We appreciated the attention to detail!! George took care of us on check in and was super jovial as well as detail oriented, we appreciated the great service.

The staff is quick and friendly.  My car was ready on time as promised, and checkout / return was quick and painless.  My office is next door to Enterprise, but I will gladly take an Uber out of my way to get good service from Hertz. Only recommendation is to put a sign somewhere to let the unfamiliar know they are at the right place.  Thank you!!

Incredible experience with Hertz and Cece on the service team!!  It has been very hard to get a rental car recently. We tried 3 shops close to us. It became a cycle of put in a reservation, go to the store, no cars to rent. While Hertz has also been incredibly busy and is out of the car we wanted, Cece was able to work with us to make sure we could get a car. No other shop took the time to help us like Hertz did. They truly heard us, worked with us, and helped us. We are so thankful.

This was my second time renting from this Hertz location. The first time was no problem. There was a little wait because they seem to be busy but nothing to complain about. This time was different. I arrived early because of the wait time before. The person that checked me in who I was told later was the manager seemed a little bit off. I asked a question and she had a little bit of an attitude. I answered her back with the same attitude and she began to ask me about my morning being smart. I let her have it being that I was on my way to a funeral and just wanted to get the car. She kept of poking at me. I asked about a hold charge because I used the same card and had two different holds. I didn’t want to continue with her so I asked the guy who gave me the car the questions. The car of course was given to me dirty and with the maintenance light on. This is the second car  I have gotten like that. On the day I returned the car i always wipe it down and clean what I can and also TAKE A PICTURE OF THE FULL TANK thank goodness because this lady said I turned it in on half a tank. I can’t wait to get I touch with customer service. I wasn’t going to say a thing to anyone but since this is what you do. I got the receipt and a picture dummy and the picture show the date and location. So you thought I was somebody but not you going to find out

I made a reservation with Hertz. Showed up to my reservation and they had no inventory. Told me I could wait until after 1pm but no guarantee. They said I could try another location but there would be no guarantee that another location would have inventory for my reservation. Needless to say I never got a car from Hertz. I cancelled my reservation because they didn’t have inventory and they still charged me a few days later. This is after I spoke with someone on the phone about the cancellation. Unbelievable.

I would only rate Hertz with -  ratings. I returned my rental with over 3/4 a tank of fuel. This particular Hertz, very understaffed, marked and charged me $125+ saying it was returned on empty. Hertz as a rental car option should NEVER BE AN OPTION! ENTERPRISE HAS WORKED DILIGENTLY FOR CUSTOMER SATISFACTION AND I FOR ONE WILL ALWAYS USE ENTERPRISE BECAUSE OF THIS! And once again, General Motors has chosen yet another, of many, BAD INVESTMENT CHOICES! LG CHEM being one of MANY!

I rented from this location multiple times and always have a great experience. Charlene and the rest of the staff are extremely helpful and kind. Even though they are often very busy at this location, they work hard to address customers’ concerns and questions.  Will definitely return in the future!

Do not rent here. They don’t wash the vehicles and when I asked why the car was dirty and smelly , they advised it was because they currently don’t wash them but once the carwash opens down the road they will start washing them…. Huh? So theres no other car washes in Atlanta? Wow. I called them before I pulled off and asked if they had another car and they said, yes, but it has no gas lol. Wow. The two ladies were nice and I hate to give a bad review but it’s unacceptable!  Hertz should be totally ashamed of themselves  giving a customer a nasty vehicle and offering me a vehicle that has no gas.. Never again. I’ll stick to Enterprise next time.
