No one answered the phone after I was on hold for 30 minutes. Arrived at this location and there was only one worked. Not somewhere I would like to visit again.

I have been to this location on several occasions, both for personal and business rentals and JOY and TREY are thee absolute BEST!!! They are always professional and courteous and they are always looking to better my experience when I come in whether it’s to swap out a vehicle I’m not pleased with or calling to see how I’m enjoying the rental, they’re always on point and very hard working! I haven’t had much interaction with the other agent that works there but he’s pleasant as well. But JOY and TREY deserve a bonus! The insurance company tried to suggest that I use Hertz for my rental and I told them I will not use anything other than Enterprise in Govans! My new favorite location!!! 😊

Enterprise Rent-A-Car is a great place to secure a car rental. I have been periodically renting from them for 15 years and the vehicles have consistently been clean and well maintained. If there is a problem with the vehicle, they typically resolve it quickly.

Staff were polite, friendly, and helpful. The accessible ramp entrance is a definite plus, and the car was very well suited to our needs and in perfect condition, brand-new: it had just come from the dealer! (So new, in fact, that the clock date & tone had not been set, but that was only a minor inconvenience.)
