Please do not buy from hhgregg. The rep who sold me $5000 worth of appliances and tv's told me which brands were in stock and which ones were not. I chose the specific brands based on their availability. The trouble began with delivery. I made sure i was off work the day they told me everything would be delivered. Long story short... It took 3 weeks and 3 different promised delivery dates before i called in and canceled half pf the undelivered order. The manager I spoke to at the store seemed very apathetic to the whole situation. I will never be be shopping with this company again. Fire and fix your management! Obviously everything from sales to distribution should be completely thrown out and rebuilt from ground up based on all these other reviews!

Purchased a tablet with an extended warranty in Lancaster, PA.  It ended up having problems, so after moving stopped at this location to get it serviced.   They don't do service on tablets and instructed us to contact their warranty department.  The warranty department is operated by Warrentech.  Turns out Warrentech doesn't do service either, they only handle the claims on behalf of hhgregg.  They farm the actual service out to 9 different service companies.  In this abhorrent configuration of warranty service by HHGregg, the tablet was shipped out to United Service, and HHGregg and Warrantech failed to notify their subcontracted service provider "United Service" of our address change.  United Service Also failed to see the corrected address in the package and shipped it to PA.  Now they are using the reason of outsourcing their warranty and service program by playing a finger pointing game. Solution, issue a store credit.  Problem, HHGregg closed all WI stores. So will either need to plan another day trip to this store or resolve online.

Worst experience EVER!  Buyer BEWARE...Read the reviews on Facebook before giving them your money and you have no idea when you'll receive the product.  Oh, they'll tell you differently, and, they'll tell you lies....like the truck will be here tomorrow...But, good luck with that coming any time soon. Go to Best Buy where they have it in stock and take it home with you that day!

I am in HHGregg Hell!! Ordered furniture on 11/25, first delivery on 12/3 cancelled, rescheduled to 12/16 and that was cancelled. Moved to 12/26. Went to the store to complain, and got the delivery moved to 12/19. it wasn't an issue of being out of stock, they have over 200 in the warehouse, just poor logistics. On 12/19, I got two of the items, the third was ripped, so I refused that item. The delivery guy got on the phone and told me they could deliver a replacement on 12/22. Now I find out it won't be here until 12/28! WTF am I EVER going to get out of HHGregg HELL?!?!

I am so sick of dealing with HHGregg! Their deals may seem good at first, but then they send a horrible delivery crew, or cancel your order and when you try to contact them about it, they are RUDE!!! I made the mistake of returning to them after a bad experience this summer, but received another horrible experience in December. They don't care about their customers at all! Go somewhere else!
