I recently stayed at this hotel for 1 night. Checking in/out was smooth and quick. Staff were very friendly and courteous.  The room was clean and the bathroom was spotless. Everything was fresh from the bedding to the bath towels. Parking was free and easy. The only issue my family and I had was that the beds were very hard, the pillows were way too thin and the bedding was stiff and hard. We all had an uncomfortable nights sleep...

At hotel for Valentine's Day weekend getaway package. I'm a native Staten Islander and this property makes you feel like you're "really away from home," although you're right in your own backyard. Property owners are very visible but you wouldn't know who they are if you didn't already know them. Very nice couple. They are very hospitable and gracious toward their guests.

PLEASE GO FOR THANKSGIVING AND CHRISTMAS EVE DINNER. EXCELLENT FOOD AND SERVICE. WAITERS ARE EXPERIENCE AND PROFESSIONAL.
MUSIC IS NICE!!!
NICE WINE LIST. VERY FAMILY ORIENTED.
LOIS AND RICHARD WILL VISIT YOUR TABLE AND GREET YOU AND YOUR GUEST.
NICE MENU TO CHOOSE FROM.
MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS HAVE SPECIAL MEMORIES. THE HOLIDAYS ARE EASIER TO ENTERTAIN.

I attended a dinner function and did not stay overnight at the Hilton garden inn. Yet I would be remiss not acknowledging good attributes. The Hinton is right off the highway. The lobby is lighted and feels alive. The restrooms were very clean. The ballroom were the function was held was spacious and well decorated and he waiting staff was friendly and concerned.

Amazing place! I come here on a regular basis for work reasons, everything is always very neat and clean. I have also met the owner's, they ask me about my experience and seem genuinely concern about it. I would definitely recommend it, especially for weddings and events. The facilities are exceptional.
