I have never lived there, but it's a congenial group with a wide variety of ages. There's a huge kitchen where the residents pitch in to make and clean up after meals. The vibe is bright,  friendly, professive and intelligent. There's a secure back yard for bike parking, a nice garden with picnic tables and a carriage house as shared space.  If you are into communal living this would be a top pick.
