Great place to stay we had an issue with our room reservations and the manager helped us went over and Beyond and made sure it was right. Well i have to change my review because of our last visit. My husband went to get breakfast got what he could then went back down. They had put everything up the lady told my husband sorry honey you messed out of everything but two second later a man walked down she said anything for you you can have whatever you want. He was an African American and she was too she let him get breakfast. I called them front and ask the manager supposedly she is Sandra and she said that he worked there she didn't know who I was talking about but she knew he worked there he came in with a tore up t-shirt shorts and flip-flops and said the room number that he was at to the girl that was working in the kitchen he did not work there. I've never seen such horrible display of racism in all my life for the people that actually work there I will never go there again we've been there for 5 times never had an issue until this last one we've called the district manager and talk to me about it but that would be the last time we ever go there. When I called down to Sandra the first time she hung up on me and then when I call back ass with her name all the people that are working in the kitchen and she lied about what their names were. So from now on we drive 30 minutes up the road to Hampton at the Holiday Inn Express and we are so happy the people there are so wonderful.

This was a great stay while we were in Williamsburg. The indoor pool was very nice and not crowded and breakfast was phenomenal. The ladies and gentlemen that run the breakfast in the morning truly care about the guests and go above and beyond the normal experience. Great selection of breakfast foods and drink

We stayed here two nights. The location was very convenient, near a major highway exit, a short drive away from many restaurants and the outlet mall. The room was nice - quite spacious with modern decor. The hotel was short-staffed on the weekend we stayed, so we did not receive any housekeeping services during our stay. The amenities (e.g., shampoo, soap) were not replenished, the towels were not replaced, and the beds were not made. We had to go to the concierge twice just to receive new towels.

All of the staff we interacted with were very nice and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We had adjoining rooms with our teenagers. Parking is super easy and there is a gas station next door which was nice for our teens to grab snacks and waters. It's a newer hotel so the beds are nice and everything seems well kept. There is no hot tub in pool area as it shows in the photos so that was a bit disappointing. The pool is small and shallow but enough for younger kids. My teens were bored with the pool in ten minutes. The location worked great for us even though friends had said it was a bit out of town. It's very close to a walmart and the big outlet mall and right off the highway so we could find everything easily. The morning breakfast was great with lots of variety and a pancake machine my kids still are talking about.

This hotel turned my 18 year old son down for a room the other night. Yes he is 18 , but active in the U.S Coast Guard. He had already driven 13 hours so he could report the next day to his duty station. The young girl at the desk was more concerned about flirting with her boyfriend and getting off her shift than helping my son. She didn't care he was tired and didn't care he was military. When calling the next day to speak to a manager my husband and myself received the same response. They do not give rooms to any one under the age of 21 and didn't care he was military and possibly had to spend the night in his car. Thankfully my husband called the Hampton inn down the road and they more than helpful to accommodate him a room for the night. I understand there are rules and policies. But I think there should be some sort of expection when it comes to our young service men and women. They arnt looking for a room to throw a party they are looking for a room to lay their heads to get some rest before reporting to duty the next day.
