This is my favorite store, so I was reading through the reviews before leaving my own. It's always good to get other perspectives. 
The review about a job application is hard to believe and frankly... entertaining.
Every time I go to this store, the employees go above and beyond. Sometimes there is a wait, but I'd rather wait for a while here than go to another store.

In this location they have a sign out side for hiring , I went inside asking for application . the manager there have a horrible attitude , she ask me do u have experience I said yes In sales and.. she cut me off and said NO in wireless I said well I have a bachelor degree in engineering computer and control and.. she cut me off again and said WE DONT HIRE PEOPLE WITH BACHELOR DEGREE .. ANY WAY SEND ME UR RESUME , I SAID NO THANK U and left , THIS IS DISCRIMINATION AGAINST MY DEGREE , AND I CONSIDERED HER ATTACKING ME .WHAT A COMPANY IN THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA HIRE PEOPLE LIKE THIS WITH THIS ATTITUDE AND PUT THEM IN MANAGEMENT POSITION .. that is not even a third world country treatment , NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL!!!!!!

My wife and I needed to get her a replacement phone. When we arrived Pat Henry was there, greeted us, answered all of our questions and was real helpful! He was great! Recommend this store to anybody

I was at the store last night and the night before and had great service. Corey and Matthew were both of great help. I highly recommend going to this store if you have any issues or just want to upgrade. It was a pleasure working with Corey and his customer service skills went above my expectations.
