Exceptional Customer service from Heather! I felt like I was speaking with a family member when I spoke with Heather about my options at this Verizon Store. I chose to visit this smaller store because of the reviews and I was not disappointed. So happy with my new phone, Cell Helmet products and plan that we selected for me. Thanks again Heather!

Most people use the larger Verizon Stores but you might want to check this one out. What I liked best was the customer service. I met Heather a few months ago at a car wash - our family car wash. We were chatting about how much I have to use my phone (my hand-held computer, let's face it) at work. My speed was slow and my battery had an issue so I went into this location and she pulled up my account and right-sized what I needed, storage wise and she also saved me money by looking at how our family of 5 iPhone users should best use the plan options. Heather is really friendly and fun to work with! She'll have you laughing. Cell chargers, other that the original charger from iPhone, don't last very long and seem to "grow legs". She recommended and I still have and use the Cell Helmet charger. It's not flimsy and it still works. I looked for the same charger a few weeks ago at Best Buy and they had not even heard of it. Anyways, my husband and I both now have one and I sent my son to see Heather last week for him to get one for his birthday along with a new phone - His was almost 3 years old. Her and her staff took care of him without me having to be present which saved me tons of time. I spoke with her ahead of time and they simply called me at the time of final purchase. Customer service is not dead at this Verizon Store. We went from a friendly exchange over the summer to having Heather take care of all of our needs. My business is customer service driven. Heather IS customer service driven.

Morgan was the best rep I've ever worked with for Verizon Wireless. I came in to get a new phone; she answered all of my questions with patience, offering great product knowledge and insight helping me find exactly what I needed. She made great recommendations for all my accessories, and even transferred my contacts and photos. 10/10, I would definitely recommend.

My experience was excellent definitely after leaving the corporate store in Central Park. Kenneth, the store manager, wrote out my entire plan and bill so I had a great understanding of what I am paying. I recommend this store to every Verizon Wireless customer, do not waste your time at the Central Park location!!!

I wanted to get off of my parents plan and go to an independent plan, they were very quick & friendly in helping me understand what I have to do so I wouldn't be blindsided when it comes to anything. Would highly recommend!
