Story

My name is Brandon Riel and I work at Hudson Ford. After 7 years working at Wells Fargo, I realized a career change was needed to reach my goals and spend more time with my family. I feel extremely fortunate to now sell new and used vehicles for Hudson Ford, a family owned dealership, less than 30 minutes from the Twin Cities. Hudson Ford is an Edmunds 5-star award winning dealership with a focus on providing customers “a better experience”.

My mission in using this page is to expand my network by providing engaging product information, local event details, host contests, community discussion and to soon be your first call for your next new or used vehicle.

*I specialize in the Ford product line but also have access to new Chevrolet, Dodge, Chrysler and Jeep inventory.

They say they are a "different type of dealership" to purchase your vehicle from. Yeah the are correct only its in their ability to smoke screen customers into believing their hype. Their "one price" bottom line pricing is a joke. It merely takes your bargaining power away. The staff is 90% FANTASTIC, I'll give them that. Yet it's more of a reflection of the local population than it is the dealership itself. Plus the 10% that's "fantastic at lying" is the upper management. Be aware, they have mastered the art of deception. I recommend going the extra few miles to River Valley Ford in Baldwin. And NO I don't work or know anyone at River Valley!!!

After calling several dealerships with many sales people delaying the information I wanted, not to mention arrogance, I was ready to give up searching in Minnesota. I then called Hudson Ford and talked to the manager because if I had to deal with more games I was about ready to buy a different make all together. Janel was top notch, to the point and got the info I tried for two weeks to get from other dealers, in less then 30 minutes. When I arrived she had the trucks ready to go and answered every question when comparing the features. She also was able to add suggestions pertaining to what I was looking for. She was extremely knowledgeable and had passion and drive to sell trucks. One of the extra features she suggested was not in a vehicle that they had but she was able to locate the vehicle and that day we purchased the truck from her. We got the best deal as far as I'm concerned and we are extremely happy. Their after service care has been phenomenal. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a good truck, good service and a great deal.

The customer service that Hudson Ford provides in the service department is phenomenal. They are always attentive, willing to listen, and don't mind taking the extra effort to make sure you understand what they are talking about (since I lack any knowledge about vehicles, this last point is crucial for me). I purchased a 2014 Ford Focus (regrettably not from Hudson Ford), and I have been experiencing transmission problems (I'm not irritated with Hudson Ford for this, but I'm disappointed in Ford Motor Company that it's been happening on a 3 year old car). Nate in the service department has always been very very helpful, and when they have needed to keep my car, they always provide a wonderful loaner vehicle. I wish I would've just gone to Hudson Ford first before taking my car to the closest Ford dealer to me!

I've gotten two cars from this location, and my experience has always been great. I also bring my cars here for service. If anything is wrong with the car, they do anything they can to make it right. The staff has always been very friendly and knowledgeable and happy to help.

While on a business trip, I realized my vehicle was in need of service as was noted by icons that illuminated on my dash panel. Luckily, Hudson Ford was there not too far from my jobsite. My vehicle was immediately taken into the bay for service as I emphasized I was on a time schedule. They took care of the issues and had me back on the road within the hour! It was truly a "pit stop" at their Quick Lane. Thanks to Hudson Ford. Best regards,
