Keyes has been wonderful each time we've taken a vehicle in.  This time was no different!  We were given prompt service for an issue under extended warranty.  We drive 45 miles past two 'other' dealerships to have our service performed at Keyes.  They are kind enough to offer us a loaner vehicle until our vehicle service is complete each time.  We own a business, and must have access to a truck at all times.  We're given a loaner truck each time, even though it's not part of our extended warranty obligations.  As always, job well done Keyes!

I should also note that we've purchased our last 5 trucks and SUV's through Keyes after some poor experiences with our 'hometown' dealership.  Keyes Chevytown will have this family's business for life.  Sales and service are simply unmatched.  I've never spent more than an hour of my time purchasing a vehicle once I've let them know what I'm looking for.  They've even found the exact truck we've wanted elsewhere and brought it in for us at least two different times.  Many of their sales and service technicians have been there for DECADES.  This says so much about a dealership, in my opinion.  They know us by name, and that's something you just don't find these days.

When I called about the recall we had received on our vehicle, the service department knew exactly what it was and scheduled the appointment at my convenience.  Staff very friendly when dropping off the vehicle to be serviced.
