We bought a Beast chair from Hudson.We purchased this chair due to reviews on the durability and fact it was American built. Upgraded to Top of line leather and bought top warranty. Nothing but headache and heartache until Derick. He is the present manager at the Hudson store in Lakeland. He was patient, did his research, communicated well and went well above and beyond in the area of customer service. He also demonstrated great care and respect for his staff. He was not there one day while my wife was looking at a piece of furniture, even though we were working directly with Derek, he placed credit for the sale with the Staff Member. Now that is a Great Manager !

Just moved to Florida last November and was looking for a furniture store locally, we went into Hudson and met Joseph McGuffey. No pressure and searched for just the right lift recliner and just could not make up my mind and Joe asked that we come back soon. Walking toward the front we stopped to look at a Love Seat, well we bought the Love Seat and went ahead and got the matching sofa, why not it will look great cause we needed a sofa for the sun room so little moving around will be good. Short story long, we get delivery Wednesday because we waited till after Irma. Oh wait, went back in to see Joe and well, the new lift recliner comes on Thursday. I highly recommend Hudson Furniture and if you want an over the top Salesman Joe is the guy. We also met Derrick who I am sure runs the place and he was also great and made sure we were happy and that these transactions and deliveries go without a hitch. Thanks Joe, we will return and also drop your name whenever we can....Oh wait, the wife just had to have a new carpet too. GREAT JOB JOE AND HUDSON FURNITURE.

Hudson's Furniture in Lakeland is a very good place to shop for quality furniture. If you are lucky enough to get Vee, who is the Showroom Manager, you will have a very good experience. She works very hard with you to make sure you get the furniture you want and then works with you to match the fabrics. She is very good and very patient with you, in helping you make a decision. We had a good experience working with her and we recommend her to anyone who enters the showroom at Hudson's to see her because she is very knowledgeable on ALL of the different furniture makers and the different fabric. If she is busy, she will see that someone else who I'm sure can also help you . Thank you Hudson's Furniture! Thank you Vee, for a great buying experience. Earline & Jim

To say this is the best furniture store in Lakeland, it would be an under statement. We had a horrible experience with a different company literally days before our delivery and stumbled into this location. We met Lisa and haven't looked back since! She was extremely professional, caring, and knowledgeable and made us feel welcome and literally saved us from a panic attack lol. That was over a year ago and the service has not changed one bit. We recently went back for a new living room set and couldn't be happier. If you were looking for furniture and just need ideas don't hesitate to stop by this location, they will put all your ideas together! Thank you so much Lisa and Hudson's!! 😊

Lisa Philbeck should train sales people on what is great customer service! She is so easy to talk to, has great decorating ideas and can't do enough for her customers. If you go to Hudson Furniture in Lakeland I highly recommend asking for Lisa.
