One of the best furniture places in Orlando. The staff is really great and the furniture was definitely good quality. I really enjoy the couch I got. Chris McKenzie was very helpful because I just moved out my own, it was my first time looking for furniture by myself and Chris helped make that experience less stressful for me.

I've gone to so many different furniture store's looking for the right bedroom set. It took about a week 1/2 to finally make a decision and although furniture is just furniture (to me at least), most of my decision was based on the knowledge i received from Chris M. He not only was detailed, charismatic, and informative, he was also NOT like the typical salesman in most stores i've been too (pacing around you). He allowed me and my family to take our time, answered questions and overall made the transaction a lot less stressful, making me feel like i chose to right furniture company and the right salesman to help :) thank you Chris!

I was looking for a particular accessory item that my neighbors had gotten from a Kane's in Orlando. I called one Kane's and the sales person just said "no" to my inquiry and then hung up. So I called the Orange Blossom Trail location and Vidal answered. He was so helpful. Looked for the items I wanted and texted me photos and even held them back until I could pick them up the next day! If you choose to shop there, ask for Vidal - very helpful.

Normally, I don't write reviews on companies but I have to say I was overly impressed with Kane's Furniture customer service. My sales agent Chris McKenzie went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. I definitely recommend Kane's for your furniture. See my guy Chris, tell him I sent you.

I came to the store with a set budget and idea of what I needed, moving from out of state I imagined the process was going to be completely stressful. Thankfully I had the best salesman I've ever had, Chris McKenzie, helped me find everything I needed and lower than my budgeted price. Whenever I need any type of furniture, my first call is going to be to Chris. Thank you Chris!
