Had a nice experience here in the store. The salesman who helped us was very nice and knowledgeable. My husband and I bought a two piece sectional and a counter top table with the bench. My only complaint was the bench that was delivered was wrong. Wrong size and color, we immediately called the store where they apologized and ask if we can come in to pay the difference. which we had no problem doing. Too bad the correct bench is out of stock now (which they tried to get it sooner) but we have to wait until the end of the month to receive it. While in the store for the second time my husband bought two more chairs and asked the saleswoman if the bench can be picked up when the chairs are delivered, she said yes. Which was supposed to be put in the order at that time. Well, when the store called for confirmation of delivery the women forgot to put in the order to pick up the bench at the same time. Which was corrected right away. Overall, we had Good experience here!!! Now just waiting for the final piece of our order.

I have bought 2 sets of living room furniture, 2 sets of kids bedroom sets, and one dining room set from this company. The first set of living and bedroom lasted us about 10 years before deciding to change it out. I still have my dining room set that has lasted over 10 years and moving twice. Delivery and setup was always fast and professional. Lifetime customer!

Bought two matress sets on sale. . . Paid for delivery of new and removal of the old. . . THEY LEFT THE OLD MATRESS ON THE CURB. Thier version of "removal' was to dump it in front of my house. After many phone calls and requests to speak to managers, it's still there. And I am humiliated to the point of tears. So very sad to see a good company loose thier customer service to the point of NO CUSTOMER SERVICE

Horrible experience and terrible terrible customer service: It's been 4 weeks since we bought a bedroom set from this store and we have a partial delivery at home. Are you kidding me??? The bed should have been delivered as a complete set but was delivered with a piece missing and could not be assembled. When we called several times for the delivery of missing piece they could not care less and said it cannot be sooner than 3 weeks and finally On the day of delivery the Delivery guy gave us a call and he gave 5 min time to be at home while we're at the doctors due to emergency. So far we have called customer service, dispatch team, the store itself but the store manager and supervisor couldn't care less. Rude store manager's only response is we are too busy and fully booked out and cannot help you. We have just moved to Orlando and are without bed even though we have paid $2500 for bed and $130 for delivery. Sales guy lied to us convincing us that we will have a delivery just to get his commission. I have never dealt with a furniture store that doesn't try to take care of their customer.PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS PARTICULAR STORE.

My family and I visited the Florida Mall store on 12.16.2017 and was immediately greeted by Maddy with a beautiful smile! She was very helpful throughout the entire visit and we ended purchasing a lovely living room set. The manager Rebecca was equally amazing and made the transaction quick and easy. Thanks to Maddy and Rebecca for winning a customer for life and I will definitely be recommending others to go this amazing store!! Wainwright.
