I recently purchased a vehicle here and had one of the best car buying experiences! My sales associate, Jennifer, was terrific throughout the process. She was very attentive to my needs and worked with me remotely to expedite certain aspects of the deal. I have nothing but great things to say about McGeorge! If other dealerships in the area have left a bad taste in your mouth, check this place out. I had interactions with all aspects of this business and cant say enough good things about the staff, from the service department to finance. Great group of folks!

Needing an inspection for our Toyota, we were drawn by internet and location to McGeorge.  Being new in the area, we were also checking out the business for any future service our vehicle might need. Hank welcomed us, gave us a tour, and answered our questions with patience and humour. The service was outstanding, quick, and made us feel at ease.  We especially enjoyed the quiet waiting lounge. Without a doubt, we will return to McGeorge Toyota. Thank you, Hank, for making us feel at home. Your professional and friendly service is to be commended.

Excellent car buying experience! Tina King is amazing! She is very experienced and it shows. I watched other customers sitting and waiting around while I was in at 9:45 and driving away at 10:45! Tina listens very carefully and will take you straight to the perfect car! Once you decide, she runs around and has you out the door in 30 mins or so!

Deplorable Customer Service!
This is the only car I own and now I am stranded in Richmond for the long weekend! 
I was a McGeorge loyal(for car service) since I moved to Richmond.
I had a horrible servicing experience.  I had dropped my vehicle for a state inspection ( expiring Aug 2017) on 31st Aug and was expecting to pick my vehicle the next day.
I did not get any calls all day so called the service desk at 4:00 pm and was informed that my vehicle was not ready. I did not hear back again so decided to visit the service station (5:20 pm). I was given the keys and told to pick my car. When I got into my car I saw a REJECTION NOTICE for wipers and mirrors. I reached out to the service desk again to ask why no one reached out to me all day, the only answer was no one knew and that I can get an answer on Tuesday and that the issue can only be fixed on Tuesday.
I certainly do not appreciate this service.
