Customer service was terrible. We scheduled an appointment to discuss wedding attire and on the first visit the employee we were scheduled to work with blew off the appointment. After waiting around, we rescheduled and the service at the second visit was even worse. The employee was rude, muttering under her breath about not knowing about appointments and was completely unhelpful.

Great place, great service. Bought a coat, had it altered, they called before it was supposed to be ready that it was ready. Been shopping there 13 years.

Terrible customer service. Alterations were not ready when agreed, they did not contact me to let me know. When I went in, they promised to mail the altered coat. Three weeks later, I am still waiting for the coat. I've followed up with them twice, and have been treated with minimal politeness, but no sense of responsibility.

Horrible customer service. The suit I ordered online turns out too big so I need go to the actual store for exchange. Called this store before I go to make sure they have the smaller size I wanted in stock but no success. The gentleman who picked up the phone told me I have to come to the store since they are "swamped" at that moment and has no time to check it for me. Okay, becuase of this I was thinking some customers may have to pay unnessesary trip to the store, is that maybe part of the reason why they are so swamped? I went to the store anyway, waited 20minutes without nobody greetings, finally a gentleman helped me and recommended me another suit because, of course, no stock on my current one as I was afraid of. This gentleman was nice though however the "poke face manager" in the checkout register was not helpful at all and told me the other suit which I spent 20minutes on doing measurements for tailoring costs twice of which I paid for my first suit and I need pay the difference which they didn't tell me in the begining until the last minute when I try to check out. I returned the suit, its totally waste of my time. I may still buy Jos a bank suit but not in the store.

Terrible experience. Supposed to tailor and deliver suit to their Greenville location before the 28th. On the 29th, we call to ask where it is. Some jerk claims "if the date was the 28th I can promise you it's not here." After 24 hours back and forth with a corporate rep we find out it was there the entire time and never got shipped out. We had to get corporate involved because the people at this store are oblivious. These people have no idea what they're doing. Do NOT shop at this location.
