The team at the Valvoline Stow has always taken excellent care of me and my car!  While they often suggest extra services, I've never felt pressured.  They're always friendly, willing to help, and they regularly go above and beyond!

Impressive service- beyond the norm.  When my daughter took the car in for an oil change and a taillight bulb, their computer told them to use a slightly lighter weight oil than the manufacturer calls for.  Even so, the correct oil specs were printed on the oil cap.  They used the lighter viscosity oil, and being the dead of winter, it wouldn’t have hurt a thing.  Still, I was concerned about possibly jeopardizing the manufacturer’s powertrain warranty, so I called and shared my concern with the manager, John.  When I took the car back, he went more than the extra mile for me to make things right. 

This crew is professional, courteous, and friendly.  I certainly recommend them, and will be going back.

I was worried to go somewhere other than the car dealership for service, but since this Valvoline is close to my work I tried them out. I knew that they're good for talking you into things you didn't need, which they did, and now my car isn't the same. Not only did they sell me a battery over $100 (in addition to an oil change and filter that was actually needed), but they double charged me, and took almost $500 out of my account. I have waited a week in hopes it would go back in, now that I called and waited 30 minutes on the phone, I have to wait another 3-5 business days to get the double charged amount back. They get 2 stars for being nice workers, but I waited way too long, and was taken advantage of, AND way overcharged.    NOT HAPPY.

Alot of times i feel like its all about the up sell at these type of places but it was different on my visit. The oil change was 42 and some change and if you joined a mailer group you get a 18 $ off coupon making basic service around 26 ish.
They were really nice and professional  about the service ,really nformative  without feeling like it was all about the sale. The person that helped us was super  personable and went out of his way to provide great service. And the crew was quick  and efficient. Even though I only got basic service they noticed a part of my car wasn't correct and it wasn't something they could fix or had any affiliation . Not only did they notice and make me aware but the person went out of his way with another mechanic to identity  and suggest some free options.
Overall it was a really good experience.  
I got great service for my money.

I found a company that i like and i don't mind spending my hard earned money with. I give them a thumbs up .
