UPDATE: Around 6:15 they finished up. After talking to them, they didn’t charge me for my oil change and gave me a credit for my next one. So at least they try to make it right when things don’t go as planned. ORIGINAL: Dropped car off at 8AM for two new tires and an oil change. Said I’d be back after work around 4:30. It’s 5:30 and my car still isn’t done but at least they pulled it in the garage. Not so much as a courtesy call to let me know my car had not even been started... The last thing you want to do after a long day is sit around for your car for over an hour.

Me and my husband's favorite Conrad's! They are very friendly and do quick oil changes. We don't use Conrad's for repairs, too expensive. But they do let us know what needs to be repaired so we can fix it somewhere else!

The guys are very patient, professional and helpful. They are understanding and don't pressure you into service. The lifetime tire service is awesome! I'll keep returning...

Manager Roger was very nice and helpful. Amber the mechanic stormed out to get the car , then threw the keys at the manager when the car was done.  Geez. Not good. Sorry I bothered her.
