Great experience! We had been looking for a few months for the right SUV. I found the one we liked online and called to make sure it was still there. They transferred me to Eric Gillard who worked with me the whole time. By the time I got there he had it pulled up in front and running (it was cold and rainy). He let me take it on a long test drive and answered every question I had. 

I work in sales and Eric was great. He wasn't pushy and dealt with everything I threw at him with professionalism. Came back 2 times and even in between visits he was updating me on the vehicle and even sent me a video of another vehicle to compare to the one we ended up purchasing. The manager Adam then helped us get a solid deal and we are happy customers. Thanks Eric for a great experience. I would recommend you to anyone. Very transparent, upfront and smooth transaction all around.

I have had the best truck buying experience of all the times I have bought a vehicle in Clarksville, Tennessee.  The staff there from the owner, all the way to the sales person, has been great. They took the time to let me know they cared about my business.  I was escorted around the dealership, introduced to the service writer and service manager, they even detailed my truck when I brought it in to have some accessories I ordered installed.  I can't say enough good things, nice to see such a high level of service. :)

We had been looking at trucks online for about 3 days found one we wanted and went in to trade our car. Quan was very kind did his job by trying to talk us up to a new truck but when we said no was not pushy like previous dealers we had met with. Although it was not a short process they were very helpful and answered every question we had. 100% will do business with them again because of what a wonderful experience they provided.

I give 5 starts to Michael T. Miller. His manager wasn't friendly.  Price was decent.  I had an overall great experience.  I put that completely due to Michael

This is actually the second car we have bought here. Very knowledge and friendly staff! Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for a car!
