I get better customer service at Chick-fil-A than this Tiffany location! A wedding band is a significant purchase for a new couple and we were treated as the most insignificant people ever. I had saved up for a specific ring I was just going in to buy it. Still the woman who helped us Saturday night Dec.8 failed to greet us, ask our names, congratulate us etc. So different than all the other stores we have visited. We were literality an easy sell and this lady made me hate the ring. She gave no additional info on the quality of the ring or anything. When we asked about a military discount she said she "didn't think they offered any other than on the engagement rings". that's not an answer. I want a yes or no. Later without checking or asking anyone she said they just didn't have any. At this point I really wanted to take the ring but I wish I had another employee help me. I was already in a bad mood and didn't feel like asking for another employee so we left. I left without buying the ring not because I didn't like it but because I was not going to give my commission  to this God awful salesperson. Tiffany is like the holy grail of wedding bands and rings you would think they would hire quality staff. I have great distaste for this store and will never forget how they treated us on what was supposed to be an amazing night.

When I bought a ring for my wife last year, the sales lady promised me that I could bring the diamond in and trade it up for another piece since Tiffany diamonds never lose value.  I went for it because that’s what I was looking for.  A year later when I brought the ring in they notified me that actually the policy is that I would have to buy double the value again to be able to trade, so twice the value, so the original salesperson lied, and Tiffany doesn’t honor there word.
Never again, but the only reason I give 2 stars is because the manager sincerely apologized, seems subject to corporate greed.

I felt terrible taking my fiancé to this location to look at bands. After leaving this store and going to other stores we realized that the problem was not us but Tiffany's. The other stores were helpeful and understanding geesh they were even friendly and attentive to our questions.

Silver should not tarnish after a single day of normal use. Apparently the quality of the materials they sell is subpar. In fact I think the only thing worse than the quality of the silver they sold us would be the customer service received after the sale.
