My fiance and I searched far and wide for the perfect engagement ring. We visited a great many jewelry stores, but none of them came close to offering us the excellent experience we had with Morgan and Russ at Williams Jewelers. We worked with them for weeks to design my dream ring and pick out the perfect stones. They went above and beyond to answer our questions, and they worked with us to ensure that we got the best customer service--beyond what we ever expected. Then Pokey created the ring, and it was even more exquisite than I had imagined. His talent is remarkable. We are so grateful for the experience we had with Williams Jewelers. Love your company. I'm not a big spender on watches but wanted a nice watch. Came to your store and was treated great. This week my watch had issues and again I was treated great and my watch was repaired and is now working great! Not sure when i or anyone I know will need a watch or some jewelry but I know where I will send them! Thank you so much.

I have known Steve for years. How ever have not really had any need for fine jewelry in my life. Till now. I have a new love. It is valentines day and there was not a second thought of where I was going. I was helped out by Christina she Rocks. and is good with expensive rocks too. She was so helpful and patient as I changed my mind 100 times. Then they made it better with gift wrapping candy and card. AS I was waiting I was able to spend a few minutes with Steve and was even offered a beer as they have it on tap. I don't drink but I sure needed one. It was so fun , I hope to be back time and time again as I grow with my love.

Great service and attention to detail. Carolyn was wonderful to work with. She was very patient and really listened to what we wanted. We highly recommend Williams Jewelers.

My husband and I were shopping for wedding presents for our 20th Anniversary. He had his eye on a Tudor Black Bay watch and I was looking for diamond hoop earrings. He had contacted Williams using their online chat and Shaina confirmed they had the watch he wanted. She asked when we could come in to take a look. Even though she was not working the day we came in, she alerted a colleague, Charmaine of our interest. Charmaine was expecting us the next morning. She wasn't pushy or trying to get my husband to consider more expensive watches. They also worked with us to get a smaller strap for the watch from the manufacturer which had to be special ordered without charging us. Once we settled on that, she helped us with my earrings. Even though she showed me a pair that was about double our budget (which we had not shared) she didn't make feel like a second-rate customer because I chose a less expensive pair. There are two other authorized dealers for Tudor in town. My husband had visited one (a mall chain store) and the sales person showed very little interest in him as a potential customer - in fact, as soon as he asked about wiggle room in the price, she turned him over to another sales person who was already working with a customer and walked away. Williams Jewelers shows why a home town local business makes the difference for the customer. We felt like valued customers rather than a faceless commission. We were very pleased with our visit. Oh, and their new store is gorgeous - you can check out Mr. Williams' personal collection of vintage Rolex watches.
