Love this wash, great inside outside service. Big bang for your buck.

Paid for complete service with wax $32.  When finished truck grill was covered in bugs, wax was not rubbed out and residue was everywhere.  Interior cupholders and center counsile we're covered in dust and dirt.  Back of seats still had footprints from my son.  After pointing these issues out, the staff was very polite and apologetic and responsive.  This is not the first time I have had this type of experience at this wash.  Not worth the money from my experience.  Piss poor quality and attention to detail.

They would have received a much lower rating if it weren't for the shift manager Chris.
My truck wasn't cleaned with the detailing​ that I've come to expect from them so I called spoke to Chris and he said no problem come back today but if u can't I can mail u a coupon! I said no need I should make it back today.
 Well I didn't end up goning back but the next day Chris called me to see if I came back for my repeat wash! I told him I didn't and he took down my address to mail me the coupon so I could come in when it was convenient to me! Great customer service!

Never open when the hours say they will be... third time I've driven there to find out they are randomly closed... frustrating! They do a great job when you can manage to find them actually open.
