I purchased a Ashley Benton Sofa on August and guess what, it arrived on October 27th. Regardless the delivery date was shown on Mid-September, JC Penney doesn't care once you pay for your order. Numerous phone calls, Numerous messages to the representative are of no help. Would never order anything from JC Penney.

Poor customer service, the store is a complete mess, does not feel comfortable walking through all those items in the floor.

My husband had come into the store to do an exchange and was literally laughed at and the floor supervisor was refusing to get the manager and was being rude and disrespectful to me over the phone.  Worst customer service I have ever experienced!!!!! And I work in retail  and totally understand that there are situations that can be upsetting or be tedious or seem minuscule but if you work in customer service you were there to serve the customer no matter what!!!!  Sandra the floor supervisor is without a doubt one of the worst customer service representative for the company and needs to be put through a seminar of how to treat customers by not laughing in their face when they have a question.  Thankfully the manager was the saving grace of the experience.
