Exceptionally, Horrible customer service!  If you're planning to do any returns here, make sure to have a few free hours to stand around while the unfriendly, incompetent sales rep/cashier try to find your transaction with the printed invoice that came with your internet order...

Personally, I belive that this is a great alternative, or even better, than macys. This jcpennys is connected to macys, so they share similar products. I was here for photos, and the service was great. You could tell how they weren't just getting your money, but they give you advice.

Restrooms are Horrible - 
All dispensers are either completely broken, empty, or RIPPED clean off the walls! I spoke to Supervisor and she made No effort to get the Needed paper products for the stalls!! None!
Couldn't care Less! I'm just glad it wasn't an Emergent situation...
NEVER COMING BACK TO THIS STORE EVER!!!
