Went into the store looking for drapery. Ran into some good prices. Clearance prices and sale prices as well. Also picked up some dress shirts at sizes that are hard to find. Employees were very helpful and knowledgeable. Plenty of parking even during peak hours. A little bit difficult to get into with all the recent development but it's not too bad.

Nice selection. There are clothes for any occasion and any age. I can find more clothes that fit me here, than I can find at others places like Kohl’s.

Clean store, well laid-out, love the prices.   Excellent customer service from several ladies in the clothing departments.  Unfortunately the two minutes I spent at checkout with Kizzy could just about have ruined my day. She gave absolutely the worst and rudest customer experience I've seen.

I love JCPenny with the online prices being so cheap and full of big percentages off. I just started shopping there again and I love the St. John's Bay brand clothing. I signed up for a credit card and with the regular sale plus more for signing up I was able to buy twice the amount of clothes than I was planning on. Yes I am a JCPenny regular customer now.
