Outstanding service! I always use the online option to find items in store, but sometimes a little difficult to find. There was a employee, Donte, who was very friendly and patiently helped me find all the items on my list. As I waited at the register I saw Lexi who has helped me before and she absolutely knows my style. She helped me find another item that I am in love with! Just wanted these two to get credit with making my shopping experience easy and enjoyable! Great assets to UO!

Customer service here is just weird. Aside from one girl I've come across once, they're all rude and just stand around looking like you just barged into their house uninvited. ESPECIALLY management. Seems like the only qualification you need to work here is bad/no social skills.
