Usually great customer service here. There is one guy here that recognizes us when we go in and remembers what we chatted about previously. Wow. They're all helpful in helping you determine what size and fit is correct too.always a pleasant shopping experience!

Lululemon at this particular location is mediocre compared to others I have been to around the country. The staff are knowledgeable about the products, but aren't the warmest crowd. They often don't greet customers when they walk in and don't engage unless/until a customer approaches them. Furthermore, they can be REALLY pushy to get sales. Every time I go in there someone is trying to get me to buy something, and they often don't leave me alone about it after my first initial "no." On the other hand, I do think they are very good about promoting and hosting community events to encourage health, fitness, and overall wellbeing. Their FREE weekly yoga classes on Sunday mornings (10-11 am) are really awesome, since they feature a different local studio every month. I have always enjoyed these classes and hope any current or aspiring yogis/yoginis to give these a shot.

I went to the Southpoint Lululemon location to pick up some new gym clothes, as I have countless times in the past. However this time a very tall brown haired employee who must have just been hired was extremely rude and ignored multiple attempts to receive any type of assistance, she even spoke very negatively towards other workers who tried to offer any form of customer assistance. I will no longer be coming to this location.

Had an experience here that was very atypical of the brand in which not a single person communicated to me or my party. While the friend we went to see whom was already in the store had a slightly better experience and made a purchase I was made to feel like a leeper. I don't think this is indicative of the brand as I have been in several other lulu stores and was made to feel like royalty. This location dropped the ball and I won't be returning.

Not personally in the market for yoga pants but Emilee and I were killing time and I've read a bit about the company so decided to stop in. One of the employees noticed we were taking a selfie and offered to snap a picture of us! Came out great! Imagine they are just as helpful with clothing-related things.
