Let me begin by saying that their customer service is incredible!! Ileana who was my angel in disguise (aka sales rep) is the best that you can get! She spent literally two whole days with me while I was purchasing furniture for a newly renovated condo.  She is extremely helpful, knowledgeable and VERY customer oriented. No matter what I asked her for she made it happen and with a smile on her face.  I honestly could not have asked for better  ( but I don't think it exists either)
Let's not leave management out. They were truly helpful as well and very accommodating. 
I have to hand it to them!! They have really great furniture at great prices.
Anyone looking to buy furniture should really not go anywhere else. They have made the entire process very easy. If you do visit El Dorado, make sure you ask for Ileana. El Dorado is very lucky to have her working for them for all the time she has. She's not only my angel but I consider her my friend now as well.
El Dorado thank you so much for a job more than well done ! Kudos to all of you for making it look effortless.

I am a frequent El Dorado shopper and I recently visited the store to purchase a new bedroom set and reclining chair.  Juana was our sales associate and she was great throughout the whole process.  She was very helpful and very patient with us while we were trying to see which furniture would fit our needs.  I really appreciated the fact that Juana came in on her day off to help me add one more piece of furniture to my order before it was delivered.  She is very professional and pleasant.  Thank you Juana for all your help and I will make sure to ask for you when I come back.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.  THEY DO NOT COMMUNICATE AT ALL.  Not happy at all with this company.  I hope That they resolve my issue.  I ordered 6k worth of furniture and it still is not correct.  First they brought the  dining set out in the buffet was damaged. They rescheduled right away to send another one out for next weekend. Next weekend came in they delivered our other kitchen furniture but they did not bring the buffet as promised. They did not call to let us know that it was canceled and as a matter fact they couldn’t even close the kitchen order because the whole order was canceled after they had put on the truck the night before.  At that point say when I called they told me that they had took it off the truck because of quality issues. I don’t believe that story because they did not call me before.  The manager Edwardo was suppose to call me back by Tuesday and he did not.  I called Him on Tuesday and he remembered my case and gave me some excuses why he didn’t call.  He set up another delivery for this Saturday.  This Saturday came  and by 11 o’clock nobody has showed. This was after receiving for confirmation three via text message and one via phone call. When I called they did not have an answer for me.  Again they told me that the buffet was removed off the truck and they don’t know why maybe for Quality concern reasons.  At this point I’ve wasted two Saturdays waiting for furniture that has an appearance they now only have four of these buffets left in their warehouse last week they had 10 and I still do not have an answer from the management on what they’re going to do to fix this. At this point I would never buy from El Dorado furniture.

Juana Martinez and Rina were absolutely fantastic! Both applied their design expertise with excellent customer service to help me navigate through the show room and obtain the best combination for my family room and living room. They were patient, answered all my questions and always smiled. I will definitely return to purchase again from them.

Excellent customer service. I have been helped by Kathy Milian and she was great. Kathy has an excellent personally. She is really friendly and knows exactly what I was looking just by providing little details. I'm very happy with my purchases and the excellent services that I received today. Wish that every store has representative like Kathy, she is absolutely great.
