Truly happy with the staff and customer service. As a first time mom, i had my registry at Babies R us. I came into buybuybaby just for a glimpse and in a instant I changed my entire registry THAT DAY. So many items in stock and such a variety. With staff who truly know what there helping you with. An employee also named Vanessa has been a great help even now that my baby was born! Just like any store though, there will be a rude staff member which I have encountered with "Nicole." But other than that,cant complain.

Totally in love with this place! I've bought everything for my baby here!! Gaby has amazing customer service and has helped us guiding our needs for the past year!! Greatly recommend

We bought a dresser and crib with mattress for our baby. Crib was fine, however the dresser arrived with previous damage that they tried to repair, doing a very poor job. You can clearly see where the corner was broken, then someone tried to fix it with a filler and repainted. New color does not match. Not texture. Of course we paid full price for a new item with shipping. No one told us we are getting a damaged product. This is fraud. When I called them back to try to replace it, they made it very hard for me. They couldn't bring a replacement in time before our child delivery. The replacement dresser will arrive two weeks after delivery. Customer service were rude and did not care to help us. They made false promises that clearly they did not keep. I'm very disappointed with them and wish I didn't buy from them. I'm stuck waiting for the replacement dresser since I already bought a whole set. Very bad experience. Not recommended at all.

The people who work here are great. Im willing to pay more just so i don't have to go to the competition.
