Went in there earlier today looking to get a tablet and possibly a smart watch. Wandered around for a few then went to the computer section. An associate approached us and asked if we were finding everything okay. Asked about the tablets and he pointed left and right and said most are over there and some over here. That was that. No assistance was given past that point. We were in that store about 45 minutes. Looked at consoles(which you can just grab right off the shelf. As a parent I find that frustrating. My kid could pick it up and drop it, costing me $400 plus tax in seconds), we looked at the tablets and computers and finished with smart watches. Not one associate helped us besides pointing and giving vague directions. I was looking to spend some money to a technology chain that I trust but after that visit, I'll shop at best buy if I have to. Store didn't look as busy as previous times I've been but yet I barely saw an associate, the few times I did they were either helping a customer or walking by with a blank face. Always trusted Best Buy but this store has changed my opinion. Seems like the employees didn't like their jobs.

Every time i try to call this store a pre recorded message tells me to visit their website and then i get placed on hold for way too long... i just waited on hold to speak with someone for 5 minutes before giving up. Its like they want people to shop online instead of coming in to their store. I guess I'll take my business elsewhere. You're shooting yourself in the foot, best buy.

Shelves have been bare, the cashier can never figure out how to scan my membership on the app. I usually have to explain it to them and I have never worked there, but it's easier to just give my number. Then tonight the guy couldn't figure out how to apply my $5 certificate and instead of calling for help, he just told me the computer froze and he couldn't use it. So now, I either have to buy something else to use it or let it expire.

Made an online purchase of a computer for my daughter. Received notification that it was ready for pickup and stopped on my way home. I had already notified my daughter that I would stop by and drop off the computer and she was very excited! When to the store pickup to retrieve the order and after almost an hour they could not find the order nor could they contact the employee who pulled the order. Finally gave them 5 mins to find the order the manager came out and said she was sorry. I cancelled the order and told her I would never shop at best buy again! And I have spent thousands on appliances and electronics recently, and was planning on additional purchases for our new kitchen after the holidays. Very sad that you can't trust the processes of such a large store. If I could give zero stars I would. Very angry ex customer.

I went to Best Buy to purchase a Sound Bar and Sub Woofer. When I arrived the sales rep steered me in the direction that best fit my needs. It was different than what I originally intended to purchase. I think my purchase ended up fitting my needs better. I am very happy with my purchase.
