Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever received from any store in my life. This is a third party dealer so if you would like actual T-Mobile service, you should go to a real T-Mobile store. If you would like to deal with someone who may have just graduated high school, this is the store for you. The manager is dumber than the young children they have working there. I actually had to call T-Mobile myself to get my issues resolved (which T-Mobile did without a problem). I know that customer service has become a lost art however this store goes above and beyond horrible. I don’t normally write reviews however beware of this store, you will lose money and will still need to have a REAL T-Mobile rep help you… ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK!

Great sales environment, freindly reps, and at times that i have been in the store they have been busy, they are as quick as can be to give everyone the best service, always go to this store never been to any other location!

Rudy is the best customer service person I have ever worked with. I recommend him exclusively when going to this store. Every time I have been there I have dealt with him and he has fixed, found a solution, advised, taken care of all my needs. Rudy is the man!!!!! Thank you Rudy for everything.
