Thanks so much, guys.  You saved my weekend!  On Saturday, I picked up a huge nail in my right rear 1 year old Michelin Tire set you sold me.  You were SLAMMED busy as usual, but you all fitted me in and repaired it.  This location is always a long wait, but this chain is top notch for service. I would never want to drive on a spare for Canyon lake switchbacks. Thanks to you all, I was out kayaking on the lake on Sunday morning!  Your team works hard! Thanks again.

ALWAYS busy.  Even with an appointment, you'll wait an hour or more.  No biggy to me though.  The place is a no-brainer for good value.  Excellent selection.

Good shop. A bit slow. Was told with appt it would be less than 45 min but it's been over an hour and was told it would be another 15 min. The waiting is expected for anywhere though. The problem is the place is infested with bugs. Everywhere. Across the floor, on the counter, on the refrigerator and twice on my chair. Disgusting!

ALL HAIL TIM THE TIRE GOD!!!  After having my flat tire patched at another Discount location (which will not be named), I noticed it losing air again just two weeks later.  I took it into the Discount Tire on Power Rd to have it evaluated.  I arrived about 45 min before close and was greeted right away by several friendly fellas.  During the time I was there, I witnessed these same men show the same great attitude to every guest who walked in, despite the shop being so close to closing for the night.  When my car was assessed and my name called, I was informed that my tire was failing as a result of a poor patch-job by the other location.  Tim (store manager) insisted on giving me a brand new tire for FREE as a result.  Talk about a brand ambassador!  This was the best news a poor grad-school student could possibly hear and I told them how loyal a customer I was for this exact reason.  Discount Tire stands behind their service, and as long as I live in the Phoenix area, I will never buy tires anywhere but Tim's store location!
