Your agents like to fear monger people, and that is extremely inappropriate. As someone who has been in accidents, and almost lost their life in one not all that long ago, not only do I not need to be fear mongered into buying more coverage that I cannot afford, but also I am fully aware of my risks as a driver (clearly) and am perfectly capable of making my own decisions regarding the insurance that's best for me. Furthermore, your agents should not be telling customers about other customers policies and cases. I'm pretty sure that's private information. Sometimes people can't afford $200 a month for insurance, so to be made to feel like I have no choice but to pay this astronomical amount is ridiculous. When I came in to increase my insurance coverage two months ago, I was expecting a bill for $160 a month but to my surprise I am getting charged an extra $40 fee every single month, which of course was not disclosed to me at the time I upgraded. I hate State Farm, always have and always will - ever since my first accident which I was unfortunately covered through them at the time; it took over six months to get the situation dealt with, and it was a pretty minor car accident with no injuries. I (thankfully) had Nationwide during my second, more serious accident. With all this said, I am no longer nor will I ever be a State Farm customer ever again.

I've been with this office for going on 3 years and appreciate that the people there don't rush me and will explain everything to me. Friendly and knowledgeable. They even did my home mortgage for me!

This team/staff is knowledgeable of their products/services and will take the time necessary to ensure that you (including non-customers) fully understand what each component of your insurance coverage is. They also make it a priority to educate each person that they speak with as you what exactly your insurance will do for you.
