Jerry's was very courteous and professional when we recently purchased a new,  to us vehicle.  Mike was not pushy as a salesperson and treated us respectfully.  We will definitely continue to deal with them in the future.  Their arrive department is also great.

Mechanics do a professional job. That being said, service rep over charged the job by a thousand dollars. Admitted to over charging but claimed only the service manager could refund. Service manager only available select hours, when I finally got a hold of service manager (since they never tried to contact me to fix the issue) they refused to give detail billing info, and refuse to refund over charge. They treated me like I was trying to cheat them after over charging me over a thousand dollars. Horribly rude service!

I bought a 2011 Cadillac SRX about 5 years ago at this dealership.  The experience was great!  Mike was very nice to work with and kept in contact with us.  About 2-3 years later, I wanted to upgrade to a newer car.  I called and my husband called but we never received a call back.  But that is OK, we went to the Luxury Automall in Sioux Falls and I got the car I wanted.  So, no problems there.

The problem is that ever since I bought this vehicle, I keep getting these obnoxious scam calls from "the warranty department" wanting me to add warranty for a car I don't even own anymore.  It's so frustrating that 5 years later I still have to deal with this.  I regret so much buying a vehicle from this dealer.  I have reported this to the FCC this needs to stop!!!

We had a very good experience at Jerrys in Beresford.They are very knowledgeable about the vehicles they sale and friendly! They make u feel at home there,u r not just a number to them. If u r in need of a vehicle,give these guys a try first. They dont follow u around the lot and pressure you into buying.Thanks for the relaxing buying experience Mike.
