We bought a vehicle from Frankman Motors last week and want to say many thanks to Jesse James, our salesman, for the excellent customer service he provided.  We were originally just looking but Jesse was very good in finding a couple vehicles that we might be interested in.  He was very good in telling us about the vehicles and helpful in going over each one.  He had us drive them more than once to help us decide on the vehicle to fit our needs the best.  Jesse was good at answering our questions, going over the features of each vehicle and very patient when it took a while on our part to decide.  Thanks also to Dustin for his interest in helping.  The whole buying went smooth and we purchased here instead of running around looking someplace else.  We would recommend Jesse and Frankman Motors to others and in the future will return when it is time to upgrade again.

Frankman Motor co. is, hands down, the best dealership that I have ever worked with. I have purchased three vehicles from them over the past 4 years and I couldn't be happier. Their service department is great too and takes care of all my vehicles as needed.  The whole team at Frankman  go above and beyond for their customers, but when I need to shop for a vehicle, my go to guy is Jesse James.  I just let him know what I am looking for and if it is not already on the lot, his team will search and find what I want and bring it in. It is like working with your good friend in the car business.

Great buying experience, the staff was very friendly, helped me out with everything and it was a quick and painless process to purchase a car from them. Car is just as described, and couldn't be happier with the purchase and the experience. I Would definitely recommend buying from this dealership! Mike helped me out with everything, great sales person and extremely nice. Did everything so that I would walk out satisfied with my purchase, Would definitely buy from them again in the future!

I bought a 2015 Ford Taurus from Jesse James. Very friendly guy, had a great experience. Very fast buying process. I called ahead and they had the car ready for me. I test drove the car, got financed, and was out the door in an hour. They had an awesome showroom. I had fun looking at their classic cars as I waited for them to test drive my trade in. After I got the car home I noticed that the rear vent was broken. No big deal, I just figured I'd have to order one. Without saying a word to the dealership, one week later I got a package in the mail with a spare tire tie-down (that I didn't even know was missing yet) and a brand new rear vent from Frankman Motor Company! I was completely blown away! I would definitely buy another car from them.

I have used Frankman Motors service department for 4 years and have always been very pleased with the customer service and quality of work.  I have purchased 3 sets of tires from Frankman Motors for different vehicles and have always gotten a great price for the tire.  I did a comparison to area tire sales/dealerships and the Frankman price was considerably less.  I love the free car was with every service.  Their waiting room is clean and the customer service has been awesome.  Never overbearing.  Their oil change price is awesome, compared to the "Quick Oil Change" places in Sioux Falls who rip you off and again, I get a free car wash with each oil change too!  I've been very pleased at Frankman Motors.
