This center has been good to my mother. I've been here and they have treated her with respect and patience. The place it self looks nice and clean and both address 2845 and 2900 are both the same building. We visited the fifth floor and from start we have been treated well. The doctor explained the procedure. I really like that they give you a business card with a number and while waiting you can see in a couple of TVs the progress on the person you're waiting for by looking at the number on the screen. The one thing I didn't appreciate much is that when the procedure was done a nurse kept insisting on getting dressed right away and basically leave. She went mean but felt rushed out of The place.

This is the third time I’ve been an inpatient at the Diamond Headache Unit. Excellent care, very compassionate and you learn a lot with their various programs. The rooms are very nice, more like a hotel than a hospital. The headache unit is a wonderful atmosphere for people that have migraines. The lights are dim, there are no perfumes allowed, and things in general are nice and quiet so you are able to rest.

I delivered my baby on the 16th. At the time of the labor just a resident was present and 2 nurses. While I was pushing he had to answer his phone 5 times. In the middle of the delivery he said that he needs to step out because he has another patient . As I was pushing I was told that I have to stop because my baby had was coming out and there was no doctor in the room!!!!! The resident came back after 5 minutes and i was told I can continue...... The doctor came after the birth just to take care of my placenta. While I was there i was told to only breastfeed my baby until the next appointment with the pediatrician that was scheduled 3 days after the delivery. When I called to confirm I was told that the doctor had to cancel all appointments. My baby ended up in the ER dehydrated. After the second discharge I’ve noticed yellow discharge from his eye . I called his pediatrician 10 times , waited 4 hours and didn’t receive the call back . I had to take him to ER again to find out that my baby had conjunctivitis because they forgot to give me antibiotics prior to delivery!!!! The worst experience ever! I am contacting attorney . This is serious neglect!!!!!

Okay, let me just thank all of the staff for taking such good care of me when I was literally on deaths door. The ED staff was quick and competent. Sarah was my nurse and she was so good. You could tell that she understood how sick I was and needed help immediately. Dr. Lim was also very good understanding that my diabetes complicated my persistent nausea and vomiting. When I was transferred upstairs to my room my nurse Jeb was great. He gave me nausea/pain meds and let me sleep. I cannot say enough good things about this place. Thank you for taking such good care of me during my 3 day stay.

My mother just died here. She was set to come home on friday or Saturday. I visited her the night before. Lucid, coherent....on a regular floor. The next day i get calls from hospital. They tell me she died.. Just passed out stopped breathing. They intubated her without my permission. Im power of attorney. En route to hospital to see her body we received voice mail from her 20 minutes before she died. She was far from incoherent. She was scared..said she needed us now. She did not say she though she was dying. They revived her 9 times??? Why?? If she had dnr. During this stay as well, she was exposed to dangerous floor stripping chemicals , ( they put all hospital beds in hallway....figured it was only 3 or so people on floor...a breathing floor! A nurse came in another time to wonder why she had low oxygen.. " who put this mask on her? That's wrong one!" Seriously? She did not know who did it. To top it all off.. After seeing my mom body and walking in haze to parking lot. The security guard who was rude as hell.. PUT UP A ARGUMENT TO NOT CHARGE MY BROTHER 5 DOLLARS. 5 DOLLARS I HAD PAID EVERY DAY FOR 7 DAYS. YOU NEED FIVE DOLLARS THAT BAD? MY ADVICE SOMEONE BETTER SHOW ME VIDEO OF WHAT THEY SAY HAPPENED TO MY MOM. I HAVE ALREADY RETAINED A LAWYER....
