They replaced my water line from the street into the house. The guys that were here did an outstanding job. They arrived a day before to do some prep work and informed me on how the job was going to be done. They were knowledgeable, polite and very personable. The day of installation went by without one problem. I highly recommend this company based on the work I had done at my house. I will be using them for all my plumbing and HVAC needs in the future.

Kramer and Sons has serviced our house on multiple occasions, from installing a gas stove, leaking hot water heater, and broken kitchen sink sewer line under our concrete foundation, to name a few. Every single time they have gone above and beyond in professionalism, promptness, cleanliness, and kindness. They were extremely kind and courteous to my children, as well our pets. They have always been diligent about keeping my house clean by wearing boot covers inside, and clean up after themselves so that you never knew they were there. They usually are able to come out the same day, and their prices are very competitive and upfront. They can show you every price, and it's set, meaning you know exactly what you're paying beforehand, and you can rest assured that they aren't just making up a charge that may or may not be higher than their other clients. I would highly recommend Kramer and Sons, and we will continue to use them for all of our plumbing, heating, and air conditioning needs!

Last season I was informed that I may need to purchase a new system this season and that came true. The guys at Kramer & Sons not only offered an estimate but they honored the estimate that they gave me last season even though the price had risen. Brian and Seth both came and installed the system which took the entire day and then gave me useful recommendations for air filters and thermostats. The system they recommended was of the Goodman brand and I am most happy with the selection. Its very efficient and quiet and is a perfect for my condo. I have been a customer of this establishment since 2006 and I foresee a long relationship with them. Thanks again Brian, Seth and Sadat for your service.

They were very helpful. Gave good advice on how to proceed and took their time to explain things. Also, were able to come within 24 hours which was great. We will use them again.
