TERRIFIC. Jean George's first restaurant is still a favorite of ours and now it's even better having been remodeled. Lentil soup was delicious and then chicken for me. Salmon for Dale. Everything was yum. Staff is terrific. We prefer to be seated upstairs. We arrived at 7:30pm and it was a little noisy until 8:30pm when it started to quiet down.

We dined in JoJo for Christmas Eve. We had a lot of fun and we enjoyed the food very much. It’s the little things that made our dining experience superb. The service is attentive. Our glasses were always filled with water, our waiter checked on us all the time. Must try Wagyu beef - was tendered and perfectly cooked. The peach crumble dessert was delicious. So yummy! We will definitely go back.

Jojo is an all time favorite restaurant. The new decor is clean modern and too bright. No offense but I preferred to dark, cozy and sexy decor of the past. It needed a revamp but this is drastic. The good news is the food is still great although not as many choices but the pricing is very reasonable. I also miss the fresh baguettes which are replaced by sliced bread. We will still go but not as often and I’m sad about that.

The Best . My Sister in law took me their before seeing a show. We all enjoyed everything Can’t wait to go back.

Reopened after a complete rehab the new decor is light and modern. The space is bright and comfortable. The menu is all new and updated with daily specials featuring JoJo classics! Definitely back as an upper east side classic!
