Me and my husband were ripped off by Keith's Auto Sales in December 2016. They wouldnt honor the 30 day warranty that was on the truck as it was having severe problems - we purchased and were still within the miles/days of the warranty. We bought a 2002 Dodge Ram for $4,000 above suggested retail and we knew at that point we had been GREATLY taken advantage of! After doing more research, we found out that Keith's Auto Sales didn't sign or have us sign the "BUYER'S GUIDE", which is the "as is" or "warranty " document. Because they didnt sign or nor did we, we found out by the FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION that this voided the entire car deal and the dealership can be fined $40,000 for each incident! Thank God they didnt have us signed it, we handed them the keys back legally as this missing document is Federal mandatory! The FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION STATES "If there is a signature block for a customer, it needs to be filled out and signed. If not, the entire contract is void". If you have problems with Keith's Auto Sales, check your paperwork!

Keith's has an awesome selection of cars to choose from and the staff there is very friendly and willing to help. I bought a Jeep and I love it! When I first got the Jeep, the stereo went out the first week I had it and Keith's replaced it even though it wasn't in the warranty that I had. Excellent customer service! I will definitely be back for my next vehicle.
