The staff was absolutely incredible during my car buying experience.  There was absolutely zero pressure to buy a more expensive model.  They asked me what I would be using the care for and asked about what monthly payment range we would like to remain in.  They fit me to the most appropriate model on the lot and never once pressured me into a car that I was not interested in.  After the test drive we sat down to talk finances and the conversation was as laid back as it possibly could be and they were really excellent about making the financing fit what we could afford.  I would HIGHLY recommend doing all of your business through these guys.

Great car buying experience.  No pressure, friendly staff, negotiated back and forth professionally with no cheesy gimmicks like other dealers.  We left the dealer feeling good about our purchase, satisfied we paid a fair price for what we wanted and the dealer got a fair amount for their vehicle.  Promised to buy our next vehicle from them.

They wanted to charge me $220 in labor to replace an overflow bottle that took me 15 minutes (with no mechanical skills) to replace.  It was literally two  screws and a hose clamp that were all easy to get to.

Side note:  there was a lady wandering around that I talked to both times I was there.  Pittsburgh woman.. maybe the owner?  I liked her.  She was very friendly and a pleasure to talk to.

I recently purchased my Nissan Titan from Tri-State Nissan in Winchester. In over 20 years of purchasing vehicles, this was by far my best and most pleasant experience. The entire staff at the dealership was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. At no point during my visits did I feel any type of pressure, which made the experience that much better. 

I compared pricing with several surrounding dealerships and they beat every offer hands-down. it’s funny when the the other dealerships looked at their bottom line and said, “We cant beat that!”

If you are considering purchasing a vehicle, I would highly recommend this dealership! I would personally like to thank Jeremy, Wayne, Troy and Greg for all the work they put in to make this deal happen.

I generally buy American brand cars, but my last three experiences with the Ford and Dodge dealerships in the area (Winchester) has pushed me into trying something new. Two cars at this dealership later and I'm still really happy with the experience. Their sales staff listen and help find the right car for your needs instead of trying to shove you into the most expensive thing you can finance. Their finance guy is awesome. He's honest, and works hard to get you through the process with few hassles. Overall, a great dealership in an area littered with terrible alternatives.
