Going into buying a car I honestly thought I would have no clue what I was doing, but when I got to car credit it was such a great atmosphere everyone was so willing to help and explain how things work. John was my salesman and he was awesome! I could definitely tell he wanted me to have all of the information and was so helpful in explaining the process and helping me choose the right vehicle. I honestly think he knew what would work for me before I did and I appreciated that! The whole process from start to finish was easy and well explained. I would definitely recommend friends or anyone in general to go here! Ask for John! His personality on top of how helpful he is was a perfect combination!

Just bought a 2011 Hyundai Sonata and I drove three hours to come to this dealership. I talked with Jason R Embryo on the phone about what I could pay and what car I liked. He helped workout things for me because even when I kept changing my mind about what I wanted. I finally settled on a car and he told me what the down payment would be and lot of other important information. When I got to the dealership there were no surprises. Everything Jason told me was true unlike other dealerships that change the price of the car once you get there or they change the down payment. My credit was not so good and car credit nation still got me a lower interest rate then any other dealership and the pay off years are short. They treated me like family from the time I walked in the door to the time I left. I have never experienced anything like that before and it wasn't just my sale person that was friendly and helpful all the staff was so friendly and helpful. Thank you Jason for all of your help without you I would have never made up my mind and never visited car credit nation. You made the process so easy from start to end. My car drive so smooth and I got to put it to the test because I had to drive three hours back home. Everyone has to buy a car from here they are about family and they are not trying to take advantage of you. Love this place I will buy my next car from here and a car for my daughter. Thanks everyone!!!

I would highly recommend this place if you are trying to get your credit score up.  Don't be scared of the over all price and interest rate,  remember why you are choosing this place in the first place.  Bad credit issues cause high rates.  When I seen them I was like ohy goodness but I had no choice. 
 My sales guy was Michael and he was great!  He kept I touch with me the whole process and informed me of everything.  He didn't try to push a car on me I didn't want to buy.  He listened to what I liked or didn't like. The rest of the staff were friendly and the environment was clean and professional.  I recommend you trying them out!

Purchased a Jeep from Jack and just made my last payment.  service was great from start to finish.  The vehicle was reliable and I only had regular maintenance performed and normal wear and tear replacement parts.  I drove that vehicle to Georgia, NC, NJ, Eastern MD, Dover, MD at least once a month over the past 3 years, NO PROBLEMS.

Michael was awesome! He left no questions unanswered, made the entire process as smooth as possible, and treated me the way I was hoping to be treated. I had a terrible experience prior with my insurance company and handling a totaled vehicle. Michael surely saved this entire experience and I’m truly grateful for his help and support! 

Thank you so much Michael for helping me tremendously! I can’t explain to you how much it means to have had such an amazing experience.
