I had a great experience buying my new Jeep Cherokee Latitude at Chrysler of Culpeper. Thanks to my sales consultant Cody who answered all my questions and my finance manager Eddie who helped me find the right financing, I was able to drive home in my new SUV that very night! They both went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with every aspect of my purchase and I appreciate their attention to detail. They made purchasing a new vehicle way easier than I expected and I would highly recommend them to anyone who is in the market for a new or used car.

Very helpful, quick service!  I needed a specialty tool to fix something on my Jeep that takes less than 3 minutes to take care of. Of course they aren't in the business of loaning out tools, especially very expensive ones, and I expect to have to pay for their time. Most dealers demanded a minimum of a full hour of labor ($100+) which is unreasonable in my opinion.  They wound up charging my 1/5 of an hour labor which came out to a little over $20 and helped me right then and there. Very appreciative of their common sense customer service and I'll be going back here for more major work down the road.

If anyone is in the market for a vehicle, I would sincerely recommend these folks. I went to countless other dealerships before heading to this one. I read the reviews about their positive reputation and should have just started my journey here. The selection is fantastic, but even better (and more importantly) the pricing was below market value on the trucks I test drove. I ended up getting my '14 Ram 1500 for a very fair price. Funny enough, my brother got the same exact truck a I did, with 20k more miles somewhere else, and paid 3 grand more than I did!! Thurston Carpenter was my sales rep and not for a minute did I feel like I was being sold. He instantly made me feel comfortable. I feel so highly about the treatment I received that plan on bringing my husband here for his next car.

Chrysler of Culpeper did amazing to help me find a vehicle that fit my needs and my budget. When you go in ask for Cody, he is amazing!

My husband and I were looking to buy our first car together. We looked everywhere and finally decided on a jeep. We ended up finding one we liked with everything we wanted here. We used the txt option via their online website and it was super convenient. We drove 2.5 hours and they had everything ready for us when we got there. 

Todd and Eddie had great customer service and made the process super easy for us. Would defiantly buy from here again and recommended them to others.
