Excellent customer service in the shop. I cannot speak for sales at this location, but both my vehicles have been serviced here and it's been top notch.

My wife took her car there for a service two weeks ago. There was an intermittent whining sound that we needed them (service dept.) to check out. They told her she needed brakes and gave her 10 minutes to decide if she wanted them done there. I was working midnights so I had to get up, drive over there, and asked to see the parts they replaced. The brakes they dug out of the trash to show me were low but still not into the squeaIers, she could have drove the car home and had time to decide. $600.00 to cut rotors instead of just replacing them along with the pads. Never again...
