The Manager handsome black guy that runs this place has truly turned this place back to what good customer service is! I'm so impressed by his professionalism and work ethic.His staff is ready to work, well groomed, works well w each other. This location in the past was getting atrocious w their staff poor customer service. The young black man who took my order was well mannered, well groomed, patient and friendly, he is a pleasure. The Cook tall, dark and handsomewas all that and kept up w the orders very well. Steak sandwiches were so good! Thanks everyone who worked that Saturday! Keep up the great work
4 people working all on phones looking at me and not taking my order!!! Took my order at 1:47 and still not even started making it!!!! I know times are hard but if you can have people who will try to keep your employee doing job then don’t open. It’s been almost 10 min and still not started my order. Only one other person getting order taken right now
As someone who worked for the corporate owned location on Beechmont Ave... I will say this store needs a tad more attention to general cleanliness, and that the club I ordered certainly spent a bit too much time on the grill drying out my meats. Aside from that, the sandwich was still enjoyable and the order was correct and given in a timely manner. Would recommend and likely return if the itch for a fresh sub ever hits me again.
It wasn't busy. Ordered our food Dine in got it in a timely manner. One of the employees went out of his way to bring us more napkins. Place was clean and everyone was friendly.Food: 5/5
I'm so upset I'm not even pulling off before I right this review. First off my sandwich is upside down as as I. Unravel a large sandwich with extra meat and cheese, the cheese is melted to the wrapper, and the meat falls all out. Literally had to rebuild my sandwich just to realize they gave me one napkin. For a large philly. On top of that, my the first time in a while since I have enjoyed Penn station and my fries are cold and flavorless. I won't be coming back, our community gotta do better. Serve what you want. Simple.
I can't say anything good about it. My sandwich was not good. I'm currently sick from the food I received there because that was the only thing I ate. The fries were greasy and undercooked. The cookie wasn't even good. Corporate needs to come in and fix this location or it needs to be shut down. That's the bottom line. The fact that I'm sick right now from that meal speaks volumes about the lack of cleanliness. Won't ever return.
Zero regard for health and safety during a global pandemic. One employee handling food wore his mask on his chin with nose and mouth fully exposed, and couldn't even properly wrap a sandwich. My online order wasn't ready when I arrived at suggested time of 30 minutes later. After waiting almost 10 minutes for fries to be ready, I had seen enough and asked for a refund. Never again...
The Phillips cheese steak was my favorite sandwich ever anywhere until a sauce was added. With the SAUCE it is ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE and as long as the Philli Chese Steak Sandwich is made with that terrible sauce you will not get my business. l LOVE YOU BREAD, YOUR FRIES AAAND I MISS THE OLD PHILLI CHEESE STEAK SO VEEERY MUCH!
The fry oil needed to be changed. It was super dark. My sandwich was made very sloppy and they tried to give me old fries when I asked for fresh. And the floors and tables were dirty.
Food was hot! French fries were burns to he'll. Five people just standing around on there phones. They just turn their backs to us. The place was kinda dirty an sticky. The ketchup was empty an they knew it. I had just seen an employee playing with it when we walked in. The pop machine buttons had build up on them from not being clean. The employee did wear gloves when making our food. One employee was walking around in a ski orange sky mask. Our oder was for dine in but it came in a bag with napkins. Guesses? They don't wanna wash the baskets at the end ot the night. They could dust. I added a picture for lala It was average and I'll never go back.
